Maureen and Mehdi's wedding at the Cordova Palace was one of those celebrations that has it all: a relaxed and charming couple, a spectacular venue and stylish decor. From San Francisco, they chose Granada as a meeting point to bring together their families and friends from all over the world. The Palacio de los Córdova, in the heart of the Albaicín and with views of the Alhambra, could not have been a better setting: full of greenery, elegant and steeped in history. An outdoor wedding, natural, without excesses but with a lot of personality. The decoration, designed by Almudena Bulani and carried out by Granatum, reflected this perfectly: fresh flowers in bright colours, cut fruit (oranges, grapefruit, lemons...), white ceramics, wood and simple but very well integrated and stylish details.
The ceremony was emotional and close, with speeches in several languages and a calm atmosphere bathed in the evening light. Maureen, with natural make-up and a simple hairstyle by Chío Jiménez, looked amazing.
Then came the outdoor banquet by Borraja, with round tables surrounded by trees and hanging wicker lanterns that gave an intimate and special atmosphere. The stationery, signed by Sundara, fitted perfectly with the style of the whole wedding.
Being a wedding photographer in Granada and experiencing days like this is a luxury. Not only for the beauty of the place, but also for what you experience: the love, the looks, the hugs, the real emotion. Granada has something unique, and celebrating a wedding at the Palacio de los Córdova makes it even more special. If you are thinking of getting married here and want something with soul, without forced poses or catalogue decorations, you will like this type of wedding.
