This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide when you visit isamolina.com (the «Website»), contact us or book a feature or a photo shoot.
1. Data controller

2. What data do we collect?
- Information you provide us with: when you fill in the contact form (first name and surname, email, telephone number, how you found us and your message), when you contact us via WhatsApp or email, and when you book a service (the details required to organise and invoice the photography package, such as the date and venue of the wedding or photo shoot, and billing details). For photo shoots inside the Alhambra or the Generalife, we also ask for the names and national identity card or passport numbers required by the Alhambra and Generalife Trust for entry tickets and photography permits.
- Images: the photographs taken at your wedding or photo shoot, which may also feature your guests or family members, including children.
- Navigation details: information such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you visit, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
3. What we use your data for and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and send you the information and quote you have requested: taking pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- Prepare, carry out and invoice the feature or photo shoot and deliver the photographs to you via a private online gallery: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
- To send you marketing information about our services by email, only if you have expressly consented to this: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time by writing to us or via the email itself.
- Display photographs from your wedding or photo shoot in our portfolio, website, blog and social media: with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; if you prefer not to appear, we will not publish those images or will remove them. Images of minors are only published with the express consent of their parents or guardians.
- Protecting forms against spam with Google reCAPTCHA: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Measuring and improving the website (analytical cookies): with your consent, given via the cookie banner.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not result in a contract: up to 12 months from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Customer data: for the duration of our relationship and, thereafter, for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial legislation.
- Marketing communications: until you withdraw your consent.
- Photographs: the online gallery is available for the period specified at the time of delivery. We keep a copy of the images in our archive; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Cookies: for the periods specified in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share your data with
We only share your data with suppliers who help us run our business and process it on our behalf, and with third parties where necessary for your report or where required by law:
- Webempresa Europa, S.L. (Madrid, Spain): web hosting and email.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): Google Analytics (analytics) and Google reCAPTCHA (form protection).
- Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation): Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the website (statistics, heatmaps and anonymised session recordings).
- Pic-Time: private online galleries for you to view the photographs.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta): if you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Alhambra and Generalife Trust: for sessions held inside the monument, the information required for admission and photography permits.
- Vendors for your wedding or photo shoot with whom we need to liaise or whom you book through us (for example, the venue, the wedding planner, musicians or florists): only the information necessary to organise the day.
- Public authorities, such as the Tax Authority, where we are legally obliged to do so.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta and Pic-Time) may process data outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. In such cases, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, if the provider is certified, or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask us to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. If you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
The Website uses strictly necessary cookies and, only if you accept them via the cookie banner, analytical cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). You can accept, reject or configure them at any time via the banner. We also use privacy-friendly visitor statistics, hosted on our own server, which do not use cookies. 9. Minors
We do not collect data from children under the age of 14 without the consent of their parents or guardians. In family sessions, it is the parents or guardians who contract the service and give their consent to the taking and, where applicable, the publication of images of their children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or to our services. The date at the top indicates when it was last updated.
